NARCOA ride on the North Shore Railroad

Saturday, we expect to ride from Northumberland to the Talen Energy plant, with a lunch stop at Sheetz/Arbys on the Bloomsburg-Berwick highway. If the Talen Energy track has not been recently used by trains, we will instead go to Berwick.

The Central PA Chapter of the NRHS will again be our hosts Saturday night at their former Reading Railroad station in White Deer. They will be serving a meal for our group. Everyone is asked to give a donation for his or her meal. Serving will begin at 6:00 PM. They will be showing videos / slides. $10 of your fee is donated to the Chapter to cover expenses.

Note: All rides are rain or shine. No cancellations due to weather. Hard sole shoes required - no sneakers or sandals. A lime yellow or orange safety vest is required for all participants. Children must be closely supervised at all times.

Proof of NARCOA insurance required / All NARCOA rules will be enforced
