Congratulations to Todd Hunter!

Todd was given the
"Transportation Optimization Award"
at the 2015 Norfolk Southern Annual Short Line Meeting

“This person means so much to Norfolk Southern and is such a great partner with us. He is truly our eyes and ears for much of the NS service area that connects with his short lines. When he sees something that doesn’t look right or doesn’t make sense in terms of our local operations, he is the first to point that out to us. In fact, his recommendations on routing Buffalo Line traffic to and from one of his interchanges had substantial benefit to NS. It is almost like having an extra NS service-design employee out there looking for operating inefficiencies and better ways to move traffic. So without further ado, it is our honor to present the “Transportation Optimization Award” to Todd Hunter of the North Shore Railroad.”
